therefore items cannot be 100% identical. Their unique features are what,
well, make them unique. That is what makes Ster unique. However,
if you're unhappy with your purchase or you find that the unique qualities
are more like big imperfections, read the following statement concerning
returns and exchanges.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

However, if there is something wrong upon arrival,
please let me know asap. 


ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: Any custom made items or made to order items are not available for return. As each item is hand made or made to order, only exchanges are offered, not full refunds.

If you would like to exchange your item for any reason, please contact me at egiglster@gmail.com within 7 days of receival to be eligible for exchange.

BUT, with DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: uh-oh! I will happily replace any defective merchandise. Please contact me at egiglster@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of item to qualify for repair or exchange. Before contacting me, please include the following:

- Date and place of purchase (i.e. on our website, in a store, etc.) and image of damaged/defective item. If the item was purchased from a store other than our online shop, at this time I am unable to exchange it.

- if your item arrived damaged, please send an image when you contact mee for repair or replacement.

- if damage occurred after 30 days, I cannot guarantee repair or exchange.
(please take care when mailing any items back to us. We cannot be responsible for any damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.)

SHIPPING:

I ship everything local and and USPS ground with tracking available and first-class or priority upon request. If ordering internationally, please allow a few weeks!
